Practical AI for small teams

Everyone knows
about AI.
Very few know how to apply it.

Same team. Gets more done. Less chasing.

I set up simple AI tools that make your team way more efficient. The tracking, the paperwork chase and the same emails all day get handled for them, so your people get more done, answer customers faster and get you paid sooner. All for a small, fixed price.

Simple to start

Not a big firm. No big-firm prices.

You work directly with me. We start with the one thing that wastes the most of your team's time, and you see results in weeks, not months.

Several people had tried to get that freight account organized. I had a working process in daily use in under two weeks. Yours gets the same approach.

Case study #1 · Freight

A mess others had tried to fix. I got it running ahead.

The challenge

Refused freight for a national consumer goods brand: turned away at major retailers' distribution centers, reworked at partner warehouses, then delivered again. Orders lived in spreadsheets and buried email threads, every update meant calling around, and several people had already tried to get it organized.

The turnaround

In under two weeks I had a working process in daily use. We went from chasing every load to staying ahead of it.

BehindRunning ahead

Up to 6companies on every load

Every load touched the brand, its broker, the carrier, the warehouse, the retailer's scheduling system and billing. The board kept all of it straight: which PO rides on which master, who's delivering, what each warehouse charges, what's late and what's next. It wrote every email and made sure nothing closed without proof of delivery and an invoice.

It didn't replace the team. It made every step faster and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.

Operations · practical AI

I'm an operations person, not a tech company. I built this while running a freight account where orders lived in spreadsheets and buried email threads. Others had tried to fix it. In under two weeks it was running ahead instead of behind.

Now I help small teams in logistics and beyond get their hours back and move everything faster.

  • "Where did that pallet from three months ago end up, and who signed for it?"An hour in old emailsSeconds
  • A load gets refused. Who needs to know, and what do they need?Half a day of callsUnder 10 minutes
